Here's our newest project. It is also in Lakeview. Jeff's planning on doing a big addition on this one, about where the car port is and back. Should be interesting

I really love this house. It has so much charm and is just your classic old person house. It's very retro

  I'm telling you, Jeff just keeps getting better and better, and each one is my new favorite! This house took place at kind of a busy time in life, with a brand new baby, some fun family visits and a new Temple in Calgary that took lots of Jeff's time. But he was still able to do an amazing job, and quickly. I think he was really blessed for all the service with the temple because we were able to sell this house the day after we listed it. We feel very blessed! I also forgot to mention that we sold our other 21street house a couple weeks after listing it and they took possesion Oct. 1st.
  Anyways, here's the before and after, I appologize for the before pictures, I was a little late in taking them and a little rushed so they are not the greatest, but you get the idea.

Check out the projector and screen! The girls took full advantage and watched a nice Dora movie on there while I helped clean up!

Before and After

This one was a little more difficult to show the before and after because the layout got changed quite a bit. This house was definately the biggest project yet. We turned that single garage into the master bedroom and added a detached garage in the back.

I think it looks amazing, Jeff did such a good job at seeing the vision and making it all come to together so nice. Now we just need it to sell, so wish us luck!
