Langriville House

Here it is... our newest project. This will be the first house we flip without living in it, which is kind of nice. Now that we have a certain 1 1/2 year old, I'm pretty sure she wouldn't survive renovation!

It's a 1050 square foot house in North Glenmore, an inner city community in Calgary. One where prices can get quite high for these little houses.

This is what it looked like when we first viewed the house... very full of clutter.
We looked at this house the first day on the market and we had a competeing offer on this house, it is definately a hot area. But we obviously got the house and are excited to see it transform.

The owners did a great job of clearing it out for us..

And now we've made a mess of it...

There is a ton of work to be done on this one and lots of walls to be removed and built.

The girls love to come visit Daddy at work and play at the house

They love the little milk window and the "wishing well" as Holli calls it, out front.

And they love to bring lunch or dinner to Daddy.

Sundance Memories

We have lots of memories from the Sundance house. Including the awesome mural in the basement...

Having a brand new baby!

Trying to work with a two-three year old...

Living with everything in one room...

Our door free kitchen for months...

Pulling out monster bushes with our neighbour...

and of course the infamous finger incident!

Where it all Began

It all began back in the beginning of 2007. We had an opportunity to buy a house in Rigby Idaho for $80000. On an acre of land sat an hundred old little farmhouse, our first flip.

We have some great memories and great stories from our Rigby adventures. And it obviously left us wanting more. We are now going full time into the flipping business. This blog is going to be my way of documenting all the adventures. Every house has a story, they have their own quirks and problems. And each house seems to create a bunch of memories.
