Believe it or not here's the house before...

and after!

This one is one of my favorites for sure, although I probably always say that!

I couldn't find any more before pictures but here are the after ones...

We just sold it last night after about a week on the market, yay! We didn't get quite as much as we were hoping for, but close, and they wanted it next week with no conditions, so we couldn't pass it up. (We could really use some money back)

We also have one on the market in the NW Collingwood area, unfortunately that's been up for almost a month with no sale, so we are really hoping something will happen with that one. It's the been on the market the longest of any of our houses so I'm getting a little nervous. I'll post those pics soon. Wish us luck!

Pretty different with the whole new addition, and the stairs were moved so it was a little hard to show the before and after, but here it is!
Jeff went a little more modern on this one, and it turned out amazing.

We were very blessed again with this one and after the open house we had three offers and were able to sell it slightly over list price! So it's conditionally sold now, yay!

 Jeff has one going in the north now in which he has hired someone to help manage it all, and he gets another house in a month. 

 

Lakeview 2

Here's our newest project. It is also in Lakeview. Jeff's planning on doing a big addition on this one, about where the car port is and back. Should be interesting

I really love this house. It has so much charm and is just your classic old person house. It's very retro

I love all the wall paper. 

All the lime green is great and the lights.

And awesome wood panelling. (Not to mention a pretty cool husband!)
